I needed a lifestyle change, but couldn’t seem to do it on my own. I wanted to be strong and healthy and wasn’t sure how to get there. In the past, spending time in the gym wasn’t something I enjoyed…really, I was intimidated. I started training with Carly and everything changed for the better. I eat better, sleep better, look better, but most importantly, I feel better. We were able to set goals that were important to me and design a plan that was compatible with my lifestyle. In four weeks, I lost 1.3% body fat and 1 inch in each thigh! Without Carly’s continuous encouragement and support I don’t know if I would have been able to stay motivated. I know for sure, I wouldn’t have seen results so quickly without her. Working out with a trainer is one of the best decisions I have ever made, my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner!
