I started working with Nick about a year ago. I was trying to get out of my rut of not exercising, and knew that working with a fitness trainer was always successful. He worked with me on the goals I had, whether it be weight loss or just toning up. He realized there would be a difference in the workout based on my age, but that didn't make him let up on me! He always had something different for me so that I didn't get bored. He knows his stuff and will share his info with you if you're willing - diet, lifting weights, cardio. I can see the difference in my muscle tone, my stamina, and the fact that I can lift a 40-pound bag much easier than before! I think if anyone has the discipline to work with him, they will definitely see results.
