One on One Personal Training
One Client + One Trainer = 30 - 55 minutes
One-on-one personal training is just what it sounds like: private workout sessions with your trainer—just the two of you.
Pricing: $39-69 per session or $479 - $559 per month for up to 3 sessions per week, depending on the number of training sessions you choose.Sign Up For a Session
One on One training offers the highest level of personal attention and accountability with personalized fitness and nutrition education and guidance.
One on One training appointments are offered in a larger variety of times and locations. If you need flexibility - One-on-One will be the best fit for you.
UNLIMITED GROUP SESSIONS
Once you are signed up for our One-on-One Training, you are welcome to join any number of group sessions. Group sessions are fun, fast paced and give you a chance to meet other trainees.

Small group training consists of workout sessions designed by your trainer that you do with a small group of people. Because the group is limited to 10 or fewer attendees you will still receive the personal attention you need to succeed.
Pricing: $19-29 per session or $159-229 per month, depending on the number of training sessions you choose.
THIS IS NO SOCIAL HOUR
This isn’t a book club! You’re working out on your own in a group setting. If you are interested in getting to know some of our clients, then you will have the opportunity (we have great clients) but it's up to you. The work out is directed by your trainer (usually provided as a written series of routines), you are just sharing he or she with a small group of other people.
THIS IS FOR ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS
No matter what your fitness level, you'll find it easy to follow the routine and work within your parameters. If you are working around an injury or feeling like hitting it hard - you will have the flexibility.
THE HOW, WHEN AND WHAT IS ALL DECIDED
The best part of the work out is that YOU are not responsible for either maintaining attendance levels or building the spectrum of exersizes. Show up - Work out - Feel great!
