Molly and I had gotten to the point where our at-home weight loss and personal fitness program was turning into more of a series of failed diets. We decided that we needed to take the next step if we were going to lose weight and keep it off. We were very nervous and anxious, and not sure what to expect, but we decided that if we ever wanted to look like we did in our wedding photos, that we had to just go for it.
