Our Personal Training is  NOT for body builders or meatheads…..We ARE for everyday clients like:

  • new or stay-at-home moms wanting to lose the baby weight or do something to take care of themselves so they can be the best parent they can be.
  • middle aged men and women who have gained a spare tire and are having a hard time losing weight no matter what they try.
