Last year, you ditched fat. And, at points in between, you bounced from P90X to CrossFit to HIIT. Who knows what’s next to fall from grace?

It’s easy to develop negative feelings about being healthy, especially when your experience has been centered around giving up foods you enjoy and doing exercises that may not be a match for your body or specific goals.

Get Plenty of Rest

Sleep and rest like a champ! Give your body as much time as it needs to recover.

Build Strength

Design a dynamic resistance and functional fitness training program that accounts for your age, gender, history and evolving level of fitness

Develop Endurance

Give your cardiovascular system a boost by steadily increasing and varying the duration and intensity of simple exercises like walking, running or jumping rope.

Remain Flexible

Loosen up your body with daily stretching and foam rolling.

Think Positive

Focus on what you’ll gain from embracing a healthy lifestyle rather than what you’ll give up.

Practice Consistency

Prepare to beat the stress and temptation of everyday life in healthy ways by sticking to your program. The more you practice, the easier it will be to fulfill on a daily basis.

Listen to Your Gut

Learn to tune in and recognize what your body needs: Can you do another couple reps? Are you full? Do you need to take a day off? Etc.
